(the cave9 music and arts project was an all ages diy music space in Birmingham Al. We gave kids a safe place to enjoy and participate in the music scene. we did a lot of other things that were good, but none of that matters now as we were shut down. In the time we were open(6 years) we accumulated quite a bit of debt. all that falls to me now. any help would be appreciated.)
